THE PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT

Our consultants are experienced working with Fortune 1000 companies through to smaller specialist firms. They understand that every organisation and person has their own requirements and ideals when it comes to hiring.


We excel in understanding your specific requirements by ensuring there is the right balance of the hard critical skills required, aligned to the company culture, along with the soft skills required to be a successful hire within the team.


We would need to firstly agree our terms of business and by requesting a resume or interviewing a candidate you will be bound by our terms of business.


Our consultants begin working immediately, brainstorming with their teams and drawing upon candidates that they have spoken with in the past or have met either socially or professionally.


Following this the mapping process begins where our teams will look at companies, regions and demographics that may contain the relevant skillset. Once this has been mapped out our teams take on different responsibilities in order to achieve a more targeted approach. The team will work through our extensive database and continue to contact potential candidates as well as using a number of other in-house tools based around our specific recruitment technology.


Once we have our long list of potential candidates we begin our interview and screening process to get our shortlist down to the most relevant candidates.


Our interview process will include:


  • Request an updated resume from the target candidate
  • Screening of the resume
  • Initial phone/video conference call/ face-to-face interview
  • Understanding of current / expected salary and benefits and notice period
  • Approval from candidate to represent candidate for specific company and role
  • Prepare resume and submit to client
  • Arrange and manage the interview process
  • Manage the offer process including the coordination of references
  • Make the offer and any negotiation process
  • Place the candidate
  • Follow up with candidate and client sporadically to ensure all is going well.


If for any reason that the client is not happy with the placed candidate we advise that the client contacts the consultant immediately in order that any potential issues can be resolved.
