Marco is the Managing Partner of Command and has over 17 years professional experience in a diverse list of industries including large-scale engineering, construction management, corporate real estate, professional services, retail, and sports.

With his ability to combine his excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, sound decision-making and a healthy dose of personality, Marco has created a platform where clients and candidates can find the best match aligned to their specific personal and business objectives.

Richard Hughes – Partner
With 17 years recruitment experience, Richard has grown into his role as Partner for Command. Having previously worked in the Middle East and the UK for leading recruitment firms, Richard relocated to Hong Kong in 2010. His technical expertise encompasses design, engineering and construction and he has successfully placed candidates in roles with over 250 companies during his time working in Asia. Richard is an accomplished training and development consultant and has been instrumental in the company’s expansion over the past few years. Richard believes strongly that investing in talent and rewarding overachievement are essential factors in both attracting and retaining staff.

Helena Gammon – Director
Helena Gammon is director at Command and also leads the Real Estate and Facilities Management team and the Construction & Engineering team, working across our Dubai and Hong Kong offices ensuring our clients and candidates have a smooth running process and building long term business relationships. She is responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy in search for professional across Asia and the Middle East related to all of our businesses sectors/areas of expertise. Helena has worked on assignments with a number of high profile clients in the Asia Pacific Region as well as the Middle East and Africa. Prior to working at Command, Helena has over 6 years working within the emerging facilities management field and corporate real estate fields based in Dubai and in total 10 years of experience working within recruitment.
